At Oak Meadows, we understand that pets are an important part of your family. We welcome well-behaved pets into our community under the following guidelines:

PETS:
 

The acceptance of pets is at the discretion of each individual property owner. Per pet, you are required to pay a pet fee (nonrefundable) and monthly pet rent. Limit 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit of 50 lbs. each.

The following breeds will not be accepted: Pit-Bull, Pit-Bull mix, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Chow Chow, German Shepherds, Cane Corso, wolf hybrid, Great Dane, Pyrenees. Unauthorized pets will result in a pet fine and possible eviction. 
 

SUPPORT OR ESA ANIMALS:  

In accordance with Federal Fair Housing Laws, Oak Meadows does not require or collect additional pet fees or rent for any approved support or esa animals. There is no pet application fee; however, we do require that you have your health provider complete our Letter Regarding Assistance or Service Animals form, which indicates your need for a support or esa animal. All support and ESA animals are prohibited from the property until the process is complete and approved. 

Resident Liability
Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the apartment or common areas.

Pet owners are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste properly. This includes using designated pet waste stations and disposing of littler in sealed bags. Failure to property properly pick up after your pet may result in a pet violation fee.

Property Right of Refusal
Management reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, deny any pet(s) deemed dangerous or potentially dangerous for any reason. Management further reserves the right to request information and documentation (i) verifying pet breed, (ii) verifying proof of pet vaccinations, and (iii) relating to any and all history with respect to a pets interactions with people.
